If you think that ImageCue is starting up and the LEDs indicate everything should be working, here are some things to check:

• Is the DMX start channel set properly?
• Is the Dimmer (channel 1) at full (100%)?
• Is the Image Source (channel 2) at 0?
• Is the Image Select (channel 3) at a value other than 0?
• Is the Time (channels 4 & 5) at 0?  (a high value will take an image a long time to appear)
• The rest of the channels (6 - 12) should be at 0.
• Is the TV set to the correct input source?  Power on?
• Is the HDMI or DVI cable properly connected?
• Is the HDMI resolution set correctly?  ImageCue is designed to operate at 1080p 30Hz which is fine for devices that meet the full HDTV specification.  Some computer monitors and projectors will only accept a 50/60Hz signal.  You will need to use the 720p 60Hz resolution setting with these devices.
