More than likely, your content is the problem.  Here are some things to check:

• Is the resolution of your image or video greater than 1920 x 1080 pixels?  If so, you need to resize your content.
• If the issue is with a JPEG, is it a progressive JPEG?  You cannot use progressive JPEGS with ImageCue.
• If the issue is with video content, are you sure it is a RAW H264 file?  Just renaming a file with a file type of .h264 WILL NOT WORK!!!  Please see Section 3 and Section 5 of the User's Guide.
• Is your video very highly compressed and/or have very low bit rates?  There is a timeout for the video decoder of one second. A very highly compressed /low bitrate video file will exceed this timeout and crash ImageCue.

If these problems are resolved and you still have a problem with ImageCue crashing, please contact your distributor's technical support.
