If you are experiencing this problem - have you altered any files on the microSD card?  You can try to restore the SD card boot partition following the instructions in the User's Guide.

It is possible that the SD card Linux partition is corrupted.  If you made a backup copy of the SD card follow the instructions in the User's Guide to restore the SD card image.  Call your region's distributor for technical assistance.
